Exchange and Refund
At Pleated Story, every piece is made with love and attention to detail. We hope you adore your purchase as much as we loved creating it.
However, if you’d like to request an exchange, here’s how it works:
Exchanges
We currently offer size exchanges for the same product only.
If you wish to exchange your piece for a different size, a pickup and shipping fee will apply.
- Exchanges can be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Each product can be exchanged only once.
- The exchange will be processed after payment for the pickup fee (except in cases of damaged or wrong products).
- FREE exchange is applicable only for damaged or wrong products received, provided there’s a clear unpacking video shared as proof.
- Please note that if the PIN code is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you may be asked to ship the item back to us manually.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any orders.
Only exchanges as per the above policy will be accepted.
