Exchange
Each piece we create is made with a lot of love and attention to detail. If for some reason you would want to exchange for any size issues, we provide exchange for your Pleated Story loves.
Please note that we take exchange only in case of damage or exchange with same item for any size more comfortable. Exchange of any products can be done only once. Kindly please click here for exchange.
- The product can be exchanged within 3 days from the date of receiving the product.
- Please note that the exchange product has to be sent to us and charges for returns will be taken care by you.
- FREE shipping on exchange is applicable for first time exchange only. Shipping charges will be applicable on second time exchange of products.
Refund
We do not provide refunds on any products.
