We Offer FREE Shipping and FREE COD in India!

We deliver across India and we have partnered with reliable logistics partner. You will receive your order within 12/14 working days to deliver an order. Please note that this may vary for any customized orders.

We always ensure to your Pleated Story dresses to your doorstep at the earliest as we cannot wait too, there might be slight delay during national holidays and festivals. In case the PINCODE provided isn't serviceable by our logistics partner we will do our best to get an alternative to reach you.

 

International Orders:

Once your order is placed it will reach you within  12 - 14 working days from the date of dispatch. We do not provide exchanges & refunds on international orders.

Any custom charges, brokerage fee or any taxes applicable by the destination country will be borne by the customer and Pleated Story will not be responsible for it.
