Exchange

Each piece we create is made with lot of love and attention to details. If for some reason you would want to exchange for any size issues, we provide exchange for your Pleated Story loves.

Please note that we take exchange only in case of damage or exchange with same item for any size more comfortable. Exchange of any products can be done only once. For exchange please send us an e-mail at sales@pleatedstory.com

• The product can be exchanged within 3 days from the date of receiving the product. 
• Please note that the exchange product has to be sent to us and charges for returns will be taken care by you.
